I love the character designs from those little tissue commercials and Tim Burton's CORPSE BRIDE. I needed a humorous image to remind people to check marks and get work caught up, and thought the wide-eyed look of these characters caught the moment perfectly. The 'Emo' boy caught a few off guard. There were many comments of astonishment that I knew what such a character was and some wonderful tips on how to get the look even better than what I drafted in observing these poor sad self absorbed creatures.
