...for when the ol' rocket boots just aren't enough to get there with!

The ships of the Pickets are like statements about the girls themselves. I am still developing new ones- particularly for Naomi, who loves machines of any description. Virginia's ROSE is more city in space than ship, thus acquiring the designation 'fortress' from the GSB. Petra's nippy cruiser, AURORA, is heavily armed, maneuverable, and has in Russian Cyrillic on the belly written the inscription 'I hate little green men. I hate little grey ones more.' The BONAVENTURE, Rowan's ship, is the size of a C-5, but as fast as anything in space. It is named by me for a certain aircraft carrier once in the Canadian navy. The KORMACH, which will be superseded later, is my U-Boat in outer space.

A final note: click on the ROSE image, and it will open up a gallery of pieces done of Virginia's flagship. The software used is Corel Bryce 5. Eventually, with luck, the drawings here will be replaced by computer generated models.
